Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into bite-sized cubes
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper (as-desired)
1 tablespoon parsley (fresh chopped, even better)

Chimichurri sauce
Sautéed mushrooms
Caramelized onions
Blue cheese crumbles

Food Prep :
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the sirloin steak bites with salt and pepper.
Let’s Put it Together:
Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned (to your satisfaction).
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and minced garlic. Microwave for 30 seconds, until the butter is melted.
Add the steak bites to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat.
Serve the steak bites with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
