First of all, who'd have thought you could use an air fryer to to make PANCAKES?! Not only that but quick, easy, and just as delicious? We don't fear change though; try out this Air-Fried Pancakes recipe and with in just 10 minutes of cook time, you'll have fluffy and golden brown pancakes that are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Food Prep :
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Cut a piece of aluminum foil into squares and lightly grease each square with cooking spray.
Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto each square of foil.
Let’s Put it Together:
Place the foil packets into the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with your favorite toppings and syrup.

Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla extract into the batter for a sweet and warm flavor.
Fold in fruit such as blueberries, chopped bananas, or strawberries for a pop of fresh sweetness.
Top pancakes with a drizzle of pure maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Spread nut butter or cream cheese on top of the pancake before flipping.
Sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the pancake before flipping.
Altitude Guidelines:
At high altitudes, water boils at a lower temperature, so you may need to adjust the cooking time for the soft-boiled eggs. A good rule of thumb is to add an additional 30 seconds of cooking time for every 1,000 feet above sea level.
